Job Purpose-
To meticulously produce, maintain, and refine our business model, ensuring its precision and alignment with real-time business dynamics.
Business Model Management:

- Construct, refine, and maintain the company's business model, aligning it with real-time business operations.

- Perform monthly updates on sales prices, in coordination with the commercial team.

- Perform monthly updates on material and BOP (brought out parts) prices, in coordination with the purchasing team.

- Ensure Bill of Materials (BOMs) are current and accurate through monthly checks, in coordination with the engineering department.

- Ensure level of Direct labour throughout the business reflects the ongoing improvement initiatives.

- Validate and compare the business model with monthly management accounts to analyse the theoretical model versus actual performance.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with various departments and teams around the world, including commercial, purchasing, engineering, and finance, to gather requisite data.
- Present findings and discrepancies to relevant people in the company to facilitate business strategy adjustments.

Technology Proficiency:
- Utilize Microsoft Business Central, Power BI, and Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting.

Continuous Learning and Development:

- Stay updated with market trends, the automotive sector's evolution, and technological advancements to ensure the business model remains robust and forward-looking.
